About Greenlit

Brian Siembor
Founder, Greenlit
Hi, I'm Brian. Greenlit came out of a problem I kept running into myself: the contract says one thing, the client asks for "one small tweak," and a few weeks later you've done a week of unpaid work trying to stay likable. Scope creep is rarely a client being difficult — it's both sides lacking a clean way to say "that's a change, and here's what it costs."
So I built Greenlit around the two things I care about most in freelance work: keeping the workflow efficient and keeping client relationships good. You log the original agreement once, and from then on every change request is priced automatically, shown to the client side-by-side with the contract, and approved with a signature before any extra work starts. No awkward conversations, no spreadsheets, no surprises — and the client always knows exactly where their budget and deadline stand.
My goal is simple: you should never have to choose between getting paid fairly and being easy to work with. Greenlit lets you be both.
What Greenlit optimizes for
Efficient by default
Log the agreement once, then let the delta engine price every change automatically. No spreadsheets, no re-quoting from scratch, no chasing emails for the numbers.
Relationships first
Change requests are presented the moment they arrive — priced, in plain language, side-by-side with the original contract. Clients approve with confidence instead of feeling ambushed by an invoice later.
Everything in writing
Every approved change is an e-signed addendum with its own cost and timeline. If a project ever goes sideways, the paper trail is already there.
